Internet research is useful in cases when there is a need to research a specific consumer segment (e.g., present or potential clients), their satisfaction with product or service, their needs and attitudes towards different products.

SP online is an Internet based research operator. This system

  • collects filled questionnaire from the visitors of chosen Internet pages;
  • sends questionnaires to target audience using the target audience e-mail database.

This method allows fast collection, processing of data, and presentation of the results. Internet based research avoids interviewers‘ work and data coding errors. Respondents receive easy-comprehensible and user-friendly questionnaire, which forwards their answers directly to the electronic database.
